Use the contact address shown here for questions or corrections. Registration remains closed until an operational contact address is configured.
Required fields
We collect contact name, display name, email, category, location, fields, language, consent and registration records to process support, prevent abuse, send service messages and manage publication. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Public
Publication is off by default. When you consent and review is complete, your display name, category, ID, fields and location may appear. Private contact details do not appear in the public directory.
Cloudflare / Resend
Cloudflare provides hosting, database and anti-abuse services; Resend delivers service emails. These providers may process data outside your country. Contact the operator for details and applicable safeguards.
Privacy
Unconfirmed registrations are removed during routine maintenance after seven days. Active records are kept while you support the initiative. On deletion we remove personal fields and retain a retired number. Survey answers are removed during maintenance after 24 months. Expired security records are cleaned regularly; provider backup retention is separate.
Manage registration
Private management links allow you to hide a card, request publication or delete a registration. Contact us for corrections and other data requests. A survey has no supporter ID, so we normally cannot identify an individual answer for later correction.
Governance
We use administrator sessions and technical anti-abuse checks, not advertising trackers. Survey responses are kept separately from supporter records. Infrastructure may process connection information; we do not promise absolute anonymity or perfect security.
